This site and our web application are intended to be used by music creators and artists to upload and share their creations with the world. Any usage outside of this or in an unapproved manner is strictly prohibited.

All content on our website, or within our applications, is the sole property of Music Does Magic Limited, or our partners or other contributors where stated. Any violation of Copyright by Site users is strictly prohibited.

Where we see fit we reserve the right to enforce our rights by law.

‍

Fraudulent usage of our services or usage we consider to be abusive of our services will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Usage of this website is 'as-is' and comes without warranty.

‍

You are responsible for protecting your Username, Password and any other account information that is under your control.

‍

Our website may link to third party websites on the internet. We are not, in any way, responsible for the content of those websites.

This agreement and usage of our website is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the courts of England and Wales.

We do not permit any Adult content on our services.

‍

Cancellation

You may cancel the renewal your paid services at any time via your account on our web portal. You will keep all benefits of the paid subscription until your renewal date, where you will swap to a free management-only account.

‍

This management-only account will allow you to receive and withdraw royalties but you will not be able to upload additional songs without a paid subscription. Your royalty rate will also reduce from 90% to 60%.

Refund Policy

All payments (except any payments taken in error) are non-refundable, and you waive your right to any cooling off period as we provide access to the service immediately.

Chargeback Policy

If we receive any chargebacks relating to your account the following actions will take place:

‍

• Your account will immediately be restricted
• All tracks you have uploaded will be taken down from all services
• You immediately forefeit any royalties collected, and any future royalties to be paid by DSPs
• We will issue an invoice to you covering all fees charged to us relating to this chargeback which will be immediately due
• If necessary we will enforce debt collection of the outstanding amount

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and we suggest you regularly review these. We will attempt to make changes at least thirty days before the terms take effect however there may be occasions where we are unable to for legal reasons.
