When you create a release, you can assign percentage splits to collaborators per track. When royalties come in from stores, each person's share is automatically calculated and credited to their account. They can then request a payout whenever they're ready.
No. Collaborators can sign up for a free Collaborator account to receive their splits and request payouts. They don't need a paid subscription unless they want to distribute their own music.
Yes. You can invite collaborators by email. They'll receive an invitation to create a free account and accept their split. Revenue is held for them until they join.
No. You can add as many collaborators as you need per track, and split across as many releases as you want. The only rule is that percentages must add up to 100%.
Revenue is credited to each collaborator's account as it arrives from stores. They can request a payout at any time once they reach the $5 minimum threshold.
We take our standard 10% from the total royalties first, then the remaining 90% is split according to your percentages. There's no additional fee for using the splits feature.
